Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport Selects Telos to Process Aviation Worker Background Checks
ASHBURN, Virginia, October 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Telos Company (NASDAQ: TLS), a leading provider of cybersecurity, cloud, identity and enterprise security solutions for the world’s most security-conscious organizations, today announced that Maryland Aviation Administration has contracted with Telos to provide the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Designated Aviation Channel Service (DAC) for processing worker background checks at Baltimore/Washington’s Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI ).
Telos’ DAC service improves data integrity, increases the efficiency of credentialing operations and reduces costs. The DAC service allows workers’ biographical and biometric data to be submitted to perform background checks on individuals working in secure areas of US commercial airports.
