Ninja Van Introduces Enhanced Suite of Supply Chain Management Solutions

Ninja Van Groupthe Singapore-based technology logistics company said on Thursday it has improved its supply chain management solutions by extending existing services to new markets and making more services available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of the region.

Ninja Van said in a statement that these improvements are part of the $100 million the company has pledged to invest in its logistics business and grow the ecosystem of supply chain management products and services that accompanies him.

“Today’s supply chains are complex networks of suppliers, transport partners, financial services and manufacturing, many of which are constantly changing. The ability to navigate and build resilient supply chains is a crucial part of the success of any business,” said Firas Alsuwaigh, Chief Strategy Officer of Ninja Van Group.

“Ninja Van’s vision to be a strategic enabler for SMEs in Southeast Asia will help companies plan their growth more effectively and maximize their business potential,” he added.

Originally offered to a limited group of customers, the company’s Ninja Direct service, an end-to-end procurement solution for SMBs, is now available in the majority of markets in which Ninja Van operates.

The service was last launched in Thailand in January 2022 and is also available in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Demand for Ninja Direct’s services has increased fivefold over the past two years, with over 2,000 active merchants now using the service.

Ninja Van has also introduced several new services over the past two years, including:
● Ninja Financial Services: An integrated solution within Ninja Van’s suite of services that provides merchants with direct access to services such as cross-border payments and trade finance.
● Ninja Fulfillment: A streamlined service leveraging Ninja Van’s extensive infrastructure and technologies to facilitate physical inventory management.
● Ninja Mart: A distribution platform that connects household brands and their products in Malaysia and Vietnam to thousands of family stores and independent retailers.
